Welcome to the Assumption Preschool page!
Please stop by the Assumption School office for a tour of the classrooms and to meet our professional staff. For more information, please call (509)-328-1115.Our programs are focused on teaching the whole child and embracing him/her as a child of God. We have a unique program guided by the following goals for each student
- Become aware of God's love for him/her
- Gain self-confidence
- Develop responsibility for self
- Recognize each other as loved by God
- Develop appropriate social skills
- Be familiar with church and comfortable with prayer
- Participate in music, art media, crafts, small and large motor skill activities, science, math and service projects
- Increase listening, attention-span and verbal skills
- Develop/increase large motor skills
- Develop/increase ability to follow directions
- Develop/increase kindergarten readiness
At Assumption, our Preschool program is also very flexible. We have two teachers and offer Preschool Monday through Friday with full day (8:30am to 3pm) and half day (8:30am to 11:30am)

6. Half Days Tuesday/ThursdayExtended Care is available for our families, beginning at 7am before school and after dismissal. This program helps to care for children of working parents. Please contact us at (509) 328-1115 for detail.
