Don't take our word for it! Here are some reasons our families and students LOVE our school!
I will forever remember my first meeting with Mrs. Greiner and Mr. Romano. The Assumption staff said "We will never be a barrier. How can we help? What do we need to do?" Assumption is responsible for the growth Carter has achieved. A school that didn't need to accommodate his needs, did with open arms. A school that didn't need to ease a mother's worry, did and continues to do so. I think it's a testament to how welcoming the community is. 1 in 20 children have a disability. That gives 19 kids a daily opportunity to learn about diversity, collaboration, inclusion, and friendship. Assumption does all of those things. - Hannah (First Grade Parent)
I always like to think I grew up at Assumption. When I look back at the nine years I spent there, I am grateful for all the ways in which the school molded me as a person: academically, spiritually, and socially. Having received a solid background in all subjects, I was well-prepared to succeed on the honors math and honors English entrance exams freshman year in high school. My faith grew through religion classes each year and weekly Masses with the school community. And the school became a home for me, a place where I felt safe, known, and loved. Even now, I see Assumption as a place I can always come back to and be received with open arms. It takes a truly special school to check all those boxes. - Evelyn (Assumption Alumni Class of 2021)
Assumption is the best school. I choose Assumption because of the community and my friends. The community is like my family and always looks out for each other. This means you make friends that will actually help you. I've been going to Assumption for 9 years and I love it. That is why I choose Assumption. - Bryson (Sixth Grade Student)
